Our History

Founded in 1953, Seal Beach Republican Women Federated has a long tradition of bringing people together to learn, connect, and stay engaged. The club’s roots reflect the broader movement that began in 1938, when Republican women first organized nationally to encourage women’s participation in government, promote public awareness of key issues, and support Republican candidates at all levels.

Today, the National Federation of Republican Women stands as one of the largest grassroots political organizations in the country, financially and organizationally independent, with thousands of active members across local clubs nationwide. Our local club continues that legacy by fostering education, involvement, and advocacy close to home.

Governance & Structure

Seal Beach Republican Women Federated is committed to operating with clarity, integrity, and accountability. Our organization is guided by established by-laws and a defined leadership structure to ensure responsible stewardship and continuity.
